High-altitude sun, clay soils and dozens of freeze-thaw cycles a winter are hard on concrete. We build for it: a compacted base, air-entrained mix rated for freeze-thaw, steel or fiber reinforcement, and control joints placed to steer cracking to hidden lines. Then we seal the surface so water and road salt stay out.
